• South Africa wins the two-tests series by 2-0 against Sri Lanka

• South Africa finally scored 67 without losing any wicket

Cricket | India tour of Australia

• The third test between Australia and India will begin from 07 January 2021 (Thursday) in Sydney
• 28-year old wicketkeeper-batsman KL Rahul has been injured and will not be able to play the remaining two tests against Australia
• Earlier, India lost Ishant Sharma, Mohammed Shami (arm), and Umesh Yadav due to injuries
• Rohit Sharma is expected to open with Mayank Agarwal
• Australia has not yet announced who will open the innings with David Warner (R Ashwin is waiting to chalk out his strategy)
• Australian batsman Will Pucovski should be back in the team as he has been cleared by the doctors to play again, he got injured earlier
• The momentum of India's 8-wicket win over Australia in the second test is expected to continue in the third test too

Cricket | Pakistan tour of New Zealand

• New Zealand and Pakistan are playing their second test
• New Zealand won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat first
• Pakistan scored 297 (all-out) on Day 1 and in reply, New Zealand put up a mammoth total of 659
• Three centuries by New Zealand players - Captain Kane Williamson scored 238 (his fourth double ton), Henry Nicholls 157 and Daryl Mitchell 102
• New Zealand had to declare their innings as Pakistani's failed to get them out
• By the end of Day 3, Pakistani has scored 8 runs by losing 1 wicket (Shan Masood out on zero)
• Pakistan trails by 354 runs and by end of Day 4 they should be back to their dressing room, post losing this test
• If New Zealand wins this test, they will sweep the two-tests series by 2-0

• England is visiting Sri Lanka for playing two-tests series
• First Test will start from 14 January 2021 and the second test from 22 January 2021
• England bowler James Anderson will use his Reverse swing skills on Sri Lankan pitches giving some edge to England bowling
